Initiate an RMA Request
Contact our technical support team through our portal with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Original Packaging
Carefully pack your PC in its original internal foam molding and double-box packaging to prevent any structural or component damage during transit.
Ship Your System
Affix the provided shipping label to the exterior of the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location; we recommend utilizing insured shipping for high-value electronics.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the system's condition and hardware integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
